And the cheese goes on....
Week Two of the Herd Share - I am living almost entirely on dairy products. Because it is not enough that I am buying milk and making dairy products, I also keep buying the dairy products I don't make (like pepper cheddar cheese, and cheese curds).
Anyway, this week involved making cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ricotta. And of course, another batch of yogurt (I may have in insatiable desire for yogurt).
Mozzarella Ricotta Cream Cheese
In the interest of full disclosure, my mozzarella was not successful in the sense that it did not stretch and it looks lumpy and not smooth - but it does taste delicious.
