I know I have posted about this before, but today was such an outstanding visit to our local dairy, I am compelled to go on and on and on about it again.
First and foremost - make the time and drive out here - it is kind of a long trip, but so very worth it

Swing by on Saturday mornings 10:00 till 3:00 and the farm store will be open
Second - because not everyone knows this: Jersey Cows are the most beautiful animals in the world. I would never say that in front of my sheep, but once you have looked one of these beauties in the eye, your heart melts and you just want to stay near them.
Third - the foods!!! (say, there's a shocker coming from me!!). In today's visit, I almost needed a shopping cart - blueberry cheesecake, lemon cheesecake, cheese curds, fudge, Italian cheese curds - and oh my goodness - about the ice cream!! I am not sure why I was expecting to be like the yucky soft serve you get anyplace else. This stuff is...is... honestly, words fail me and my only regret is that I ate so much I had to stop before I exploded.
Fourth - and definitely not last on the list, Robert and Jennifer are two of the most wonderful people you can ever hope to meet. And did I mention the cheese curds???????
